“I planned this for my husband's birthday and after confirming that the reservation was for 6pm, we show up to be told that due to an error on the app the boat is now leaving at 7:30pm. This was too late for us and we agreed to come back the next day. Via WhatsApp I was told there was either a 10am departure or a 7pm departure, we chose the 10am one. At no point during the experience were we offered any drinks or snacks. We sailed up the coast and back again.
