“If we’d actually toured the park I’d have probably given it 5 stars. We were 5 mins late to the tour because the taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong entrance even though we gave him the meeting point rather than the park address. So that was irritating. However, I had directly contacted to tour guide through message to let them know the taxi had dropped us off at the wrong entrance and we were running toward the correct entrance, to please wait. No response at all. When we got up to the group gate, they told us our tour already started and we could not come in to…”
